Modification & Allocation: Acquisition requests enter the allocation queue within 48 hours. Modifications initiated after this window are subject to re-alignment fees.
Eligibility: Due to biological sensitivity and atmospheric seal integrity, assets that have been unboxed or site-integrated are ineligible for decommissioning.
Reverse Deployment: Approved re-routing is subject to a 25% inspection fee. The entity remains responsible for industrial crating and white-glove transport.
