Governing Standards for Global Sovereign Infrastructure
Prime Vital Wellness operates as the Principal Engineering Authority for Sovereign biological infrastructure. Successful deployment is contingent upon the Architect of Record providing the standardized vertical service plenum as specified in our current V3 Technical Registry. Site preparation and structural handshakes remain the sole responsibility of the client.
Access to technical submittals, CAD blocks, and fluid dynamics audits is granted under a Specification Retainer. All technical assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Prime Vital Wellness. Unauthorized reproduction or use of these standards for non-Sovereign hardware integration is strictly prohibited.
Our clinical-grade guarantees—including total acoustic silence (< 18dB) and pathogen displacement (Laminar Flow)—are only valid when the unit is integrated within the Current V3 Registry Clearance. We assume no liability for performance failure resulting from site preparation conducted outside of our provided specifications.
Biological and atmospheric data governed by our Registry Logic Bridge remains the local property of the Principal. We maintain an air-gapped, local-first architecture to ensure total privacy and autonomy. Prime Vital Wellness does not engage in cloud-based telemetry aggregation or third-party biological data brokerage.
All acquisitions are subject to a mandatory Registry Lock Audit. The client’s general contractor must verify that all wall-offset clearances and MEP handshakes meet the V3 standard prior to asset transmittal. Failure to meet site-readiness requirements on the scheduled arrival date will result in redirection fees to a secured industrial storage facility. No refunds are issued for site-specific engineering failures.
