Prime Vital Wellness operates as a technical authority for professional-grade biological infrastructure. We provide hardware and proprietary Technical Spec Kits required for architectural integration across all 13 Sovereign Divisions. Site preparation, structural reinforcement, and final utility connections are the sole responsibility of the client.
Access to technical submittals, CAD blocks, and MEP blueprints is granted upon the execution of a Specification Retainer. All technical documents remain the intellectual property of Prime Vital Wellness and are licensed exclusively for the project address specified. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Asset ownership transfers to the client upon successful delivery and signature of the Bill of Lading. Prime Vital Wellness assumes no liability for structural degradation, electrical failure, or biological impact resulting from site preparation or installation conducted outside of our provided technical specifications.
These terms constitute an international procurement framework. All biological data processed via our Division 13 architecture remains the sole property of the Principal under a local-first sovereignty mandate. We maintain strict data-silo protocols and do not engage in cloud-based telemetry aggregation.
All acquisitions are subject to mandatory Logistics & Deployment protocols. High-tier assets require specialized industrial crating and professional rigging. Failure to meet site-clearance requirements during delivery will result in redirection fees and storage assessments. The Principal must ensure all site-specific MEP requirements meet the criteria for Sovereign deployments prior to asset arrival.
