Procurement Governance: Active Institutional Infrastructure Access // v2.3.5
Legal Framework

Terms of Acquisition

Governing Standards for Global Sovereign Infrastructure

"Procurement of Sovereign assets is strictly governed by the V3 Technical Registry. Any deviation from the standardized vertical plenum requirements nullifies all operational performance guarantees."

All acquisitions are subject to a mandatory Registry Lock Audit. The client’s general contractor must verify that all wall-offset clearances and MEP handshakes meet the V3 standard prior to asset transmittal. Failure to meet site-readiness requirements on the scheduled arrival date will result in redirection fees to a secured industrial storage facility. No refunds are issued for site-specific engineering failures.

INSTITUTIONAL NOTE: These terms represent a binding legal framework. For commercial-scale deployments or Star Island residential shells, site-specific Naval Architect Lift Manifests and DNV-certified structural audits are required. All procurement protocols are subject to the current V3 Technical Registry and site-specific engineering verification.
