Logistics Protocol

Asset Deployment & Global Freight

1. Specialized Freight Handling

The majority of our registry items—including Saunas, Cold Plunges, and Woodpecker Tubs—are heavy-tier infrastructure assets. These units are shipped via specialized LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight and are custom-crated to ensure the integrity of the hardware during transit.

2. Curbside Deployment Standards

Standard shipping includes Curbside Delivery. The carrier will utilize a liftgate to unload the crate at the end of your driveway or loading dock. Moving the asset from the curb to the final installation site is the responsibility of the client.

Note: White-Glove inside placement and assembly can be arranged for an additional fee upon request prior to shipment.

3. Mandatory Transit Inspection

Upon arrival, the client or a designated representative must inspect the crate for visible damage before the driver departs. Any irregularities must be noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD). This documentation is critical for the activation of transit insurance claims.

4. Production & Fulfillment Cycles

  • Standard Inventory: Typically clears our logistics facility within 5–10 business days.
  • Artisanal & Custom Builds: Specialty units (including Woodpecker Tubs and Custom Saunas) require manufacturing cycles of 3–8 weeks.
  • Transit Duration: Once dispatched, domestic freight typically arrives within 7–14 business days.

5. Delivery Coordination

The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. If a scheduled appointment is missed, the client is responsible for any secondary delivery fees or terminal storage charges incurred.

International Shipments: For deployments outside the continental United States, please contact our Registry Hub for specialized customs and ocean freight coordination.
